We’re looking for a hands-on, insight-driven Strategy Manager to join our small but mighty digital agency team. This role is for someone who loves solving problems, uncovering insights—with and without the help of AI—and shaping ideas that influence brand, communications, and digital experiences.
You won’t manage people, but you’ll take real ownership of your work. With support from the Head of Strategy, you’ll contribute across communications, web redesign, and brand projects, collaborating closely with our creatives, marketers, and technologists.

What You’ll Do
A. Insight & Research Support
Support stakeholder interviews, surveys, user testing, and workshops
Document and synthesise stakeholder and user insights
Conduct desk research, analytics reviews, and competitor audits
Turn research into compelling insights that guide creative comms and UX
B. Strategic Development
Contribute to campaign and comms strategies—owning audience segmentation, messaging, journey mapping, and big idea narratives
Support brand positioning through research and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with creatives to craft clear narratives that inform design
Help shape strategic presentations that clearly articulate and communicate insights with impact
C. UX & Experience Strategy
Work with UX and tech teams to ensure insight led, user-centred strategies
Assist in shaping IA, user flows, and content priorities for website projects
Analyse analytics, user behaviour, and stakeholder needs to inform design
D. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Marketing, and Tech throughout project lifecycles
Bring clarity and insight to brainstorms, workshops, and reviews
Take initiative while learning from senior leaders across the company
What You’ll Bring
4-7 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or research (agency or consultancy preferred)
A passion for brand, communications, and UX—and how they intersect
Comfortable working independently, while collaborating across teams
Strong synthesis and storytelling skills—you turn insights into inspiration
A clear, structured communicator
Proficiency with modern strategy tools (Miro, Figma, Google Suite, analytics, surveys)
Bonus if you have
Experience in B2B, higher education, tech, or finance
Exposure to web redesign or digital transformation projects
An interest in experimenting with AI tools in strategy workflows
