Responsibilities

• Maintains a 3-year rolling B2C growth strategy, in line with B2C objectives, targets, and market opportunities
• Ensures alignment and integration of B2C strategy with B2B and overall Mynt strategy
• Leads strategy/business planning with the B2C head and relevant B2C units (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing) from insighting to execution planning
• Translates overall B2C strategy into concrete initiatives, linked to operational plans of B2C units
• Responsible for governance, management, internal communications of B2C strategic initiatives

• At least 3-5 years’ work experience in a strategy role, preferably in Fintech or similar industries
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or any related field
• Strong understanding of strategic frameworks and business operations with ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans
• Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives
