Position Title: Structurer

Job Summary:

• Analyze, structure, and create innovative financial products/solutions for both individual and institutional clients within the Financial Markets Sector.


• Act as the product manager for identified structured products, providing analytics for customer hedging, investment, and financing decisions, and supporting the creation of appropriate products and solutions.


• Ensure full internal and regulatory compliance of structured financial solutions, including related documentation.


• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Salespersons, and Traders to identify hedging and investment opportunities for clients.


• Drive product development from inception to launch, coordinating with various units to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.

Qualifications:

• Preferably an Assistant Manager or more senior.


• Proven experience in product development, from inception to launch, is highly advantageous.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive multiple units towards a common goal.


• Coding/programming skills are an advantage.


• Highly analytical and comfortable with financial mathematics.


• Effective communicator, capable of conveying ideas between traders, salespeople, and clients.
