BRANCH OFFICER

LOCATION:
COLON, CEBU CITY
MANDAUE, CEBU
BABAG, CEBU JOB PURPOSE OR FUNCTION :
Oversees overall management of branch’ performance including but not limited to inventory, man-power, workplace and branch team’s KPI. Ensures efficient operations, handles customer concerns, collaborates with other departments for seamless branch functioning. Ensures all procedures and policies are implemented and the branch is able to meet key results and is able to resolve branch concerns based on service level agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS :
A Bachelor’s Degree Holder. Management or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
At least 1 year in supervisory role within the motorcycle dealership/retail or food chain industry.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Store Operations Management, preferably in a motorcycle industry
Must have at least 2 years of experience as Supervisor or Officer in Charge or in any similar role
Willingness to travel
Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills
Strong Time Management Skills; ability to multitask effectively
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to get results
Proficient in Microsoft Offices
Knowledge of Motorcycles is a plus
