POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor of Brand Marketing will support the Brand Lead in strategizing and executing marketing
campaigns aimed at strengthening the brand positioning of Solaire Resort for Korean and Chinese-speaking
markets. This role emphasizes leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and
innovative brand-building strategies to maximize business performance across key units such as Hotel,
F&B, and Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in brand development, campaign
execution, and market-specific insights, ensuring that Solaire Resort remains a top choice for guests from
these markets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Brand Development:
• Support the development and execution of innovative, market-specific marketing strategies to enhance
the brand positioning of Solaire Resort
• Identify opportunities for growth and customer engagement within the Korean and Chinese-speaking
markets using data-driven insights
Campaign Execution:
• Partner with business units (Hotel, F&B, Retail, Entertainment and Gaming) to create and execute
integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences of the target markets
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all campaigns and channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a unified marketing strategy that
highlights Solaire Resort as a seamless, integrated experience
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners for campaign execution
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable results
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development, marketing, and
customer acquisition, particularly for the Korean and Chinese-speaking markets
• Incorporate market-specific cultural nuances into campaigns for greater relevance and resonance
Budget Management:
• Assist in managing the marketing budget for the brand, ensuring all expenditures align with marketing
goals and objectives
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Brand Lead and other marketing professionals to foster a positive and
collaborative team environment
• Support team members in achieving their objectives and contribute to overall team success
