Supervisor, Digital Marketing

• Lead planning and execution of digital content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
  
• Oversee social publishing, community management, and platform governance
  
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all digital touchpoints, including the website and off -social listings
  
• Consolidate and analyze performance reports to generate actionable insights
  
• Coordinate closely with Paid Media, Web, Brand Marketing, and external agencies for integrated campaign rollout
  
• Approve and manage social publishing schedules across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  
• Ensure 100% accuracy in captions, platform specifications, tagging, and tracking links
  
• Oversee Google Business profile, TripAdvisor, SevenRooms, and other off -social surface updates
  
• Monitor engagement, reach follower growth, and content benchmarks against targets
  
• Implements QA processes to prevent errors in promos, listings, and campaign deployments
  
• Escalate risk, compliance issues, or timeline gaps proactively
  

Requirements

• 3 -5 years of experience in Digital marketing, content strategy, or platform management
  
• Experience managing social platforms and performance reporting
  
• Familiarity with tracking standards, UTM structures, and digital QA Processes
  
• Experience coordinating with creative teams and external agencies
  
• Strong understanding of digital content strategy and platform dynamics
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimization actions
  
• High operational discipline and attention to detail
  
• Strong cross -functional coordination
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
