The Import Associate handles communication with global suppliers, assists in the product development cycle, from the design and/or formulation stage to the initial order, and;
Monitors the logistics and quality of imported goods upon regularization of shipments.
This position offers great opportunities to learn about importation, logistics, and shipment documentation in exchange for the communication, numerical and troubleshooting skills, and high level of meticulousness required.
Graduate of business, management, or commerce-related degrees
Preferably with 3-years' experience in purchasing or merchanding
Proficient in oral and written English communication
Good numerical and analytical skills
Ability to speak or understand Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
