Job Description - Supply Chain Planning Manager

Job Expectations:

  • Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3-4x days onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig
  • Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift

About the Job:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Integrated Planning Manager to join our client's Operations Consulting team and lead supply chain transformation and planning optimization initiatives. In this role, you will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and guide teams in implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions. You will help organizations improve end-to-end visibility, enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation using leading APS platforms. This role also involves mentoring teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of supply chain planning and operations consulting engagements.
  • Oversee client accounts and ensure alignment with strategic supply chain objectives.
  • Guide teams in designing and implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives using APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical system designs.
  • Analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to build capability and performance.
  • Ensure quality delivery of outputs while meeting timelines and client expectations.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of solid experience in supply chain planning or APS implementation.
  • Experience working with APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP is required.
  • Experience in system configuration and solution design for supply chain tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in APS platforms are an advantage.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
