Supply Chain Process and Standards Associate
The Supply Chain Process and Standards Associate performs activities that are related to vendor management such as but not limited to vendor qualification and accreditation, performance evaluation, sourcing and development, compliance monitoring, effective communication, and partnership, and assists in procurement-related tasks on foreign trip administration.
- Performs vendor accreditation in accordance with regulatory compliance and internal policies
- Monitors and reports on the performance of vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics
- Monitors and ensures compliance of existing vendors on the Government Mandated documents as part of the annual accreditation review process
- Acts as the interface between suppliers and the organization. Keeps vendors informed on developments in the organization or changes in market conditions that might affect demand for vendors’ products or services
- Monitors and checks list of active vendors, and updates contact details of the vendors accordingly
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management and/or supply chain management roles
- Experience in managing vendors in an operations center
- Experience in handling vendor performance metrics and taking corrective actions in coordination with other departments to resolve complex problems
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent business communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
