About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist / Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement and logistics activities of EPC projects in the renewable energy sector. In this role, you will ensure the timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of critical project components by analyzing procurement plans, validating contractor reports, managing customs documentation, and mitigating supply chain risks. You will also support local sourcing, maintain compliance with duty-free incentive requirements, and coordinate with insurance brokers for shipment inspections. As the key SCM contact for the project sites, your insights and coordination will be crucial in keeping project timelines on track and stakeholders aligned. Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• DOLE-accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training (e.g., BOSH, COSH) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics with a background in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience working with customs documentation, duty-free importation, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of importation procedures and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Material Testing processes, particularly in the manufacturing of industrial materials.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
