Quote Management: Create and Update Quotes: Software: MS Office (Excel), Salesforce (optional) Tasks: Develop and revise quotes using Excel. Maintain quote records in Salesforce if applicable. Product Documentation: Prepare and Update Product Documents: Software: MS Office (Word), BoxFileshare Tasks: Create and update product documents using Word. Store and share documents using BoxFileshare. Design Documentation: Create and Revise Design Documents: Software: MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe (Illustrator, Acrobat), Bluebeam, AutoCAD (optional), Agi32 (optional) Tasks: Develop and modify design documents using Word and Excel. Utilize Adobe Illustrator for graphic design, Acrobat for PDF creation, and Bluebeam/AutoCAD/Agi32 for detailed design plans. Opportunity Onboarding: Enter and Track New Opportunities: Software: Salesforce (optional), Trello, MS Teams Tasks: Input new opportunities into Salesforce or manage them using Trello. Communicate onboarding details via MS Teams. Client Communication: Provide Progress Updates: Software: MS Office (Outlook), MS Teams Tasks: Send progress updates via Outlook and hold meetings or chats in MS Teams. Project Information Management: Update Project Files and Inform Stakeholders: Software: MS Office (Excel), BoxFileshare, MS Teams Tasks: Update project information in Excel, store updated files in BoxFileshare, and inform stakeholders through MS Teams. Manage Client Related CRM Data:
CRM Data Management: Maintain and Update CRM Data: Software: Salesforce (optional), MS Office (Excel) Tasks: Manage opportunities, quotes, and contact information in Salesforce or Excel. Manage Product Data:
Product Data Sheets: Create and Update Product Data Sheets: Software: MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe (Illustrator, Acrobat) Tasks: Develop and revise product data sheets using Word and Excel, incorporate design elements using Illustrator, and format PDFs using Acrobat. Technical Information Management: Organize Technical Information Documents: Software: MS Office (Word, Excel), BoxFileshare Tasks: Maintain and organize technical documents using Word and Excel, store them in BoxFileshare.
