Surveillance Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The Surveillance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV equipment, Card Access System and any other related device.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform surveillance equipment inventory
• Conduct daily inspection of all installations and CCTV / Card Access System (CAS) equipment
• Install CCTV and CAS in gaming and non-gaming areas
• Conduct analog and digital walk through
• Relocate or rectify CCTV and CAS if required
• Log all incident report and service report received
• Ensure that CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment are well-maintained
• Monitor CCTV server room, UPS room temperature and alarm
• Check DVR, NSM, Delco-Edura, Digifort and IVMS on a daily basis
• Compile equipment room access log on a monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate, preferably of any of the following courses: Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering course, Information Technology
• Has technical knowledge of Surveillance system
• Demonstrates expertise in security and safety
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and coordinate with various business partners
• Has good analytical and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to deliver results
• Observant and has good attention to details
• Accountable and possesses the ability to stand firm on decisions and difficult issues when required
• Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations
