Design and Build Automations: Identify and streamline repetitive manual processes using tools like Microsoft Power Platform, HubSpot, and custom scripting.

System Integration: Connect business systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and connectors to ensure seamless cross-platform workflows.

Cloud & Systems Management: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and virtualized enterprise environments.

Modern DevOps Workflows: Build, test, and cloud applications using source control platforms and CI/CD pipelines (such as GitLab or GitHub).

Infrastructure Support: Manage managed service provider (MSP) ticketing queues, resolve complex escalation points, and maintain high system uptime.

Strong Technical Foundation: Over 3 years of experience in Microsoft Systems Administration (including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, and Windows Server environments).

Automation Expertise: Practical experience designing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Programming & Scripting Proficiency: Solid capability writing clean, reusable code in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

API & Pipeline Experience: Proven experience utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and modern version control (GitLab or GitHub).

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear business processes.

Active Microsoft, Cisco, or cloud certifications.

Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and CRM automation.

Experience in Cisco Meraki environments or Apple Business Manager.

Familiarity with containerization or deploying cloud apps to PaaS platforms.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 standards and compliance protocols.
