System Analyst

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated System Analyst to evaluate and improve our organization's IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, design system solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective IT strategies that support business goals.

• Analyze and document business requirements, system workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Map and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with developers and engineers to design and implement IT solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify system functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

• Must have at least 1 year TO 2 years IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
• Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
• Experience in Design, Documentation and data gathering 

• Government Mandated (SSS, PagIbig, Philhealth)
• 13th month pay
