Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in training and assessments (Cert IV in Training and Assessment preferred)

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of people and contexts

A strong systems mindset, capable of working with SaaS solutions

Customer service ethic and focus; client-driven

Dedicated team player, with an ability to work autonomously

Performance and solutions-orientated.

Payroll background is preferred.
