Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for fresh graduates to join us in Cebu for the role of Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will act as the implementing body of Cash Management and thereby provides technical support and user-training to internal and external clients. This function also entails maintaining an excellent business relationship with clients.

What the role will entail

• Providing regional key support services including, but not limited to client meetings, trainings, and production support services
• Participating in the client facing aspects of new account implementation and development
• Establishing and nurturing rapport with new and existing users of Cash Management Products & Services

What were looking for

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree in IT, or any related field
• Work experience in Customer Support, Customer Engagement or anything IT related would be ideal
• Team player, and maintains a positive outlook
• Disciplined, and acts with high Sense of Urgency
