Systems Integration & Workflow Specialist (Short-Term Project)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically confident Systems
Integration & Workflow Specialist to help audit, connect, and optimize our
existing business systems. The ideal candidate will review current tools,
improve workflows, document processes, and ensure systems are properly
organized for long-term team use.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit
  existing business tools and platforms (email, CRM, project management,
  website, etc.)
  
• Identify
  workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  
• Connect
  and streamline systems to improve information flow
  
• Build
  and document processes/workflows for team reference
  
• Provide
  recommendations and implement necessary fixes
  

Possible Tools/Platforms

Experience with some of the following is preferred:

• CRM
  platforms 
  
• Project
  management tools (especially Notion)
  
• Email
  marketing platforms (especially Appollo)
  
• Website
  platforms (familiarity with migtating domains and using Wordpress)
  
• Automation
  tools 
  
• Claude
  AI integrations
  
• Microsoft
  365
  

Qualifications

• Proven
  experience in systems setup, integrations, and workflow optimization
  
• Strong
  understanding of business processes and automation
  
• Comfortable
  working across multiple platforms and learning new tools quickly
  
• Strong
  documentation and communication skills
  
• Able
  to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Detail-oriented
  with strong problem-solving skills
