Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City, Philippines. This position will work the night shift from 9:00pm – 6:00am local time. This is a hybrid position working both in the office and remotely. 

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will provide recruitment and general administrative support to the North America and EMEA Talent Acquisition teams from screening, sourcing to onboarding. In this role, you will complete TA activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Oracle Recruit Cloud (ORC) and EightFold.

Role accountabilities:

• You will complete passive and active sourcing, conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate fit, keeping candidates engaged throughout process, phone screening and ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search. 


• Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.


• Other tasks include, job posting, interview scheduling, offer creation, managing shared mailbox, maintaining recruitment trackers, processing invoices/ candidate travel expense and necessary TA report generation.


• You will have understanding on the complexity of recruitment in locations worldwide and be familiar with complex search and sensitive candidate engagement requirements at all levels in the organization.


• You will have solid recruitment experience with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process, employer branding and talent identification. You are digitally and technology competent and have an intact critical thinking skills to be able to offer reliable recommendations/strategy to the team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous work experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position; Professional hiring experience is required.


• Extensive and demonstrated experience in Sourcing or Recruitment for US markets is preferred.


• Highly organised and able to manage a variety and high volume of requests ensuring these are seen through to completion


• Experience of using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e, Oracle Recruit Cloud, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter) is preferred. 


• Accurate and detail conscious at all times
