Stealth Monitoring's Talent Acquisition Associate will mainly be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the company.

Continuously build a pool of potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

You will build a strong Talent Pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Stealth values.
• Calibrate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and liaise with the team on the specific hiring profile.
• Good working knowledge in both active and passive sourcing but not limited to reviewing applications in recruitment inbox, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Google, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Performs end-to-end recruitment and ensures adherence to process is met to promote consistent positive candidate experience.
• Enter the candidate's information to the ATS in real-time and with utmost accuracy
• Completion of primary pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding.
• Generates recruitment reports
• Attends recruitment events and/or lead generation activities.
• Undertakes task(s) that may be assigned from time to time by the HR Country Head.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
• With excellent English communication skills
• At least 2 years of hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Have hands-on experience in using Jobstreet/ LinkedIn/ Monster/ Google and other online job sites.
• Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
• Possess a sense of urgency and initiative to fill positions.
