About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter based in the Philippines you will lead the strategic sourcing and recruitment strategy in the market. In this role you will be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to fuel our growth in the region.

What a day in the life looks like?

Recruitment Delivery & Strategy

  • Partner with leaders to deeply understand their capability requirements. 
  • Translate workforce plans and demand forecasts into executable hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies tailored to the Philippines.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives using technology and AI across sourcing, screening, and hiring processes

Sourcing

  • Identify and map quality talent across various functions (Technology, Data, Marketing).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs.

Brand Ambassador

  • Promote TEG’s employer brand across Philippine-specific platforms and networks.
  • Ensure best-in-class experience at various stages of the candidate journey

Reporting and Insights 

  • Track and manage recruitment KPIs (on-time delivery, time‑to‑fill, quality of hires, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, cost per hire)

About you

Essential experience & skills:

  • Senior Local Expertise: 7+ years' experience in recruitment in the Philippines. Experience in technology recruitment is preferred. 
  • Entrepreneurial Hustle: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced and growing environment where speed and adaptability are key.
  • Relationship Builder: Highly organised and comfortable holding global stakeholders accountable while building strong trust-based relationships.
  • Process Innovator: Ability to map processes and identify efficiencies to improve the candidate and leader experience
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent English
