We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end hiring and play a key role in driving new hire success through structured performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Own the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both current and high-churn hiring needs across the business.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, high-churn environment.
• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire).
• Use a mix of sourcing channels: referrals, job boards, social media, job fairs, and agencies where justified.
• Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policy and Philippine labor law.
• Act as an escalation point for complex hiring issues.
Probationary Evaluation & Regularization
• Manage the 3rd-month and 5th-month probationary review process, ensuring evaluations are completed on time and properly documented.
• Work with team leads to monitor new-hire performance and flag issues early.
• Maintain records of performance improvement plans, regularization decisions, and outcomes in BambooHR.
• Support Team Leads in communicating Communicate evaluation results to employees and manage follow-up actions.
Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all hiring and evaluation activity for audit and reporting purposes.
• Advise team leads on proper documentation and HR compliance during probation and performance reviews.
• Ensure recruitment and evaluation processes comply with company policies and DOLE regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, with demonstrable experience managing full-cycle hiring.
• Experience with probationary review processes and Philippine labor law.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred) and recruitment tools.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring and thrive in a high-churn environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and hiring managers across different functions.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Clear communicator with good judgement on candidate quality.
• Comfortable working with data and producing reports.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
