Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer processing, and onboarding coordination

  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of recruitment reporting, data management, and basic labor laws

  • Experience in academic, educational, technology, or institutional recruitment is an advantage

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, employer branding, workforce planning, and AI-powered recruitment tools is preferred



Responsibilities



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower request approval to onboarding endorsement

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels and sourcing platforms

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments, teaching demonstrations, and panel interviews

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment delivery

  • Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation

  • Prepare job offers, process pre-employment requirements, and coordinate onboarding activities

  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions

  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and talent attraction programs

  • Identify and implement recruitment process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements
