We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join a growing organization in the healthcare and allied health sector.
This role is ideal for a proactive s who enjoys sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. You'll focus on attracting high-quality candidates, driving sourcing strategies, and supporting recruitment activities across your allocated portfolio.
Proactive recruitment activities to source and attract Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists candidates across the Australian market.
· Build quality candidate talent pools within the allocated portfolio/ discipline.
· Collaborate with marketing to execute talent marketing strategies within the allocated portfolio.
· Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
· Engage in recruitment activities, including CV screening, phone screens, reference checks, offers and post-employment check-ins
· Build strong relationships with passive candidates through ongoing engagement and follow-up.
· Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities.
· Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
· Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the candidate market, talent pools and candidate expectations.
· Request feedback from Talent Acquisition Manager on support provided for recruitment to ensure expectations are met.
· Ensure job advertisements, sourcing plans, and recruitment documentation remain current and compliant.
· Draft and administer employment contracts & onboarding packs for new starters when required
· Previous experience in agency recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
· Proven experience proactively sourcing and attracting candidates.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Experience conducting candidate screening and managing recruitment processes.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Experience in healthcare or allied health recruitment.
· Experience in talent marketing or employer branding initiatives.
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
· Experience improving recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.
· Strong understanding of candidate market trends and talent mapping.
