Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for our regional and global roles, with a focus on hiring exceptional talent for IT, operations, and support functions. You'll also support employer branding, local hiring events, and candidate experience enhancement initiatives.



Your focus:



  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment from intake through onboarding.

  • Source candidates across job boards, social media, internal referrals, and other networks.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

  • Participate in job fairs, hiring campaigns, and employer branding activities.

  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards in the ATS.

  • Ensure hiring targets are met in a timely and compliant manner.


Required skills & Qualifications:


Must-Have:



  • College graduate of administration or business course.

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on IT or shared services.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

  • Confident, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to candidate and stakeholder engagement.


Nice-To-Have:



  • Experience hiring in a global or cross-cultural environment.

  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing exposure.

  • Previous experience working in a fintech or digital-first environment.
