Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent both locally and offshore to support Keyworth Prime Inc.'s strategic goals. This individual will collaborate closely with department leaders and HR to identify hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process aligned with company culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, for both local and offshore positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs across multiple departments.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, assess applicant qualifications, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring support.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
  • Stay current with employment trends, sourcing techniques, and global recruitment best practices.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with offshore recruitment partners when applicable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in local and offshore talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, hiring practices, and recruitment tools/platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
