Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full end-to-end global talent acquisition process
• Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
• Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
• In addition, identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture
• Approach, entice and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team
• Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
• Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated and stored correctly

Requirements:

• 2+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
• Two years experience in a global talent acquisition role preferable
• Well-developed talent sourcing and enticing capability
• Certification in talent sourcing - preferable
• Bachelor or honors degree preferable
• Good communication skills
• High level of admin organization and process skills
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
