Job Description - Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and continuously improve our end-to-end recruiting strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while building a strong employer brand and scalable hiring processes.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across all divisions
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pipelines and diversity initiatives
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, assessments)
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • Manage new hire job offers and employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job boards
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures.
  • Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
  • 5–8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience scaling teams in agile and high-growth environments
  • Strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring strategies
  • Employer branding and social recruiting experience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
