Now is the time to bring your Sourcing expertise to the Global Talent Acquisition team for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a TA Sourcer with Insight, you’ll contribute to our diverse and inclusive workforce. We’ll count on you to attract top talent from around the world!  Along the way, you’ll utilize your research and engagement techniques to build relationships with candidates across all disciplines - Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Finance, just to name a few.

This is an overnight Manila shift from 11-8 to support North America MST hours. Must have experience working overnights in the past.

As a TA Talent Sourcer, you’ll get to:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters across the globe to understand talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with our global talent acquisition goals.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and other channels, to identify potential candidates on a global scale.
• Proactively source and engage with passive candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and recruiters across different time zones on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline, highlighting key findings and recommendations for further engagement.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with:

• 3+ years’ experience sourcing candidates through a variety of tools and techniques
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms, for candidate engagement
• Proven track record working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment sourcing hard to find candidates
• Experience working global roles within several time zones and countries
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
• Ability to portray the company and open positions in a positive light to potential candidates.
• Proven skills in effective time-management and strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills, essential for documenting sourcing activities and candidate interactions conducted through non-phone channels.
