Your role

• Creates and manages talent sourcing through various channels such as social platforms, talent mapping, networking sites, and referral programs.
• Focuses on effectively finding suitable and qualified candidates for bank-wide manpower requirements and aggressive endorsement of quality talents to the Talent Assessment and Selection Department of the bank.

About you

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology and a Registered Psychometrician.
• Preferably with knowledge in the recruitment process as well as direct sourcing and other talent acquisition strategies, preferably gained in a banking industry.
• Willing to work in Makati.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
