Key Responsibilities
1. Employer Brand Support
Help maintain and improve the company’s employer brand across all recruitment-related marketing materials.
Ensure all visual assets align with the company’s branding, tone, and overall identity.
Support initiatives that position the company as an attractive, credible, and recognizable employer in the market.
Assist in creating campaigns that increase applicant interest and improve brand recall.
2. Design and Creative Production
Create, design, and edit recruitment marketing materials such as:
posters
banners
hiring announcements
social media graphics
event collaterals
presentations
digital ads
flyers
signages
email creatives
Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, teasers, and recruitment promotional content.
Enhance existing materials to make them more visually engaging, modern, and aligned with campaign goals.
Resize and adapt content for various platforms including social media, job boards, presentations, and on-ground events.
3. Recruitment Campaign Support
Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing to create materials for hiring drives, sourcing campaigns, job fairs, school partnerships, and recruitment events.
Translate hiring priorities into visually effective marketing materials that attract applicants.
Develop creative materials that promote job openings, company culture, work-from-home opportunities, training programs, and employee value propositions.
Support urgent and day-to-day creative requests related to applicant attraction and branding.
4. Content Enhancement and Brand Visibility
Help improve the overall quality and consistency of the company’s recruitment visuals and branding touchpoints.
Contribute ideas for making campaigns more appealing and relevant to target applicants.
Support content creation that increases visibility of the company across digital and offline recruitment channels.
Ensure branding materials remain updated, relevant, and competitive.
5. File Management and Coordination
Organize design files, templates, editable assets, and marketing materials for easy access and reuse.
Maintain a library of approved brand assets, logos, templates, and campaign creatives.
Coordinate revisions, feedback, and final output delivery based on team requests and timelines.
Ensure fast turnaround and proper version control for all requested materials.
