Description

Role Purpose

Actively identify and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and innovative methods. This role will collaborate closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, candidate referrals, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to interview.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent sourcing to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
  • Track, report and maintain data on sourcing activity, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics. 

Key Skills & Experiences

Education –

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 

Experience –

2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Prefer experience in a recruiting/resourcing functions.

Technical Skills and Knowledge –

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using recruitment marketing or CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
