Role Purpose
Actively identify and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and innovative methods. This role will collaborate closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.

Education –
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience –
2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Prefer experience in a recruiting/resourcing functions.
