Salary Budget: Php 22,000.00 – 25,000.00 gross salary package
The Talent Sourcing Associate is responsible for building strong, high -quality talent pipelines to support Boomering’s hiring needs. This role focuses on top -of -funnel sourcing, candidate engagement, and market mapping, ensuring recruiters are consistently supported with job -aligned, ready -to -interview candidates.
This role does not manage offers or client coordination. Instead, it plays a critical role in ensuring speed, quality, and competitiveness in Boomering’s recruitment efforts.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TALENT SOURCING ASSOCIATE
Your responsibilities as a Talent Sourcing Associate would be:
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
o Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet (SEEK), and other relevant job platforms
o Rediscover and re -engage potential candidates from the Zoho Recruit database.
o Build and maintain talent pipelines for assigned roles and skill niches.
o Maintain warm pipelines, including silver -medalist candidates.
• Candidate Engagement & Pre -Screening
o Conduct initial qualification checks to assess skills, experience, availability, and interest.
o Initiate first -touch outreach to passive or hard -to -reach candidates using approved templates and guidance
o Present Boomering’s employer value proposition accurately and professionally.
o Ensure candidates submitted are job -aligned and ready for recruiter interviews.
• Administrative Support:
o Support job ad posting, updates, and platform maintenance.
o Ensure all resumes sourced from external job platforms are properly parsed and uploaded into Zoho Recruit.
o Create, update, and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit)
o Maintain and organize the sourcing tracker to avoid duplicate outreach.
o Format candidate resumes using the standard company template to ensure brand consistency.
• Market Intelligence & Research
o Support recruitment efforts by providing insights on talent availability and sourcing trends
o Share feedback on candidate expectations and market movement
o Assist in refining sourcing strategies based on hiring outcomes
• Collaboration & Handover
o Partner closely with Recruiters (closers) to ensure smooth candidate handoffs.
o Act on feedback to improve sourcing relevance and quality
o Ensure clear documentation and timely communication throughout the handover process.
Qualifications as a Talent Sourcing Associate:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year (or 6 months) of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Recruitment Admin.
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail, you spot inconsistencies others miss
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts, keeping tasks on track without losing accuracy
• Tech -savvy and resourceful when learning new platforms; you don’t get easily intimidated by new tools
• Proactive communicator. You follow up, flag issues early, and aren’t afraid to ask questions for clarity.
