Job Description - Talent Sourcing Associate - Iloilo

As a Talent Sourcing Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team in the support of fulfilling the hiring needs of our business, contributing to identifying the best talents in the industry. Your role will involve proactive candidate sourcing, agent hiring operations, administrative support, while ensuring Ubiquity’s core values are demonstrated.

What You'll do:

Executes planned Sourcing initiatives including floorwalk, class visit, NHO, etc. to ensure 100% leads delivery
May provide tactical support in all kinds of sourcing channels / projects / initiatives and may perform tasks assigned by the TA Sourcing Supervisor / TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the channel's and/or department's objectives.
Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations.
Develops and fosters close relationships with employees and operations.
Represents the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events
Amenable to go on shifting schedule especially during floorwalks
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/management

Skills & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)
Strong problem-solving abilities, critical and agile in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, goal-driven with a can-do attitude
Competence in building and managing relationships at all organizational levels

What We're Looking For:

Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree course preferably or any related field
Experience in Sourcing is a plus but not required
