The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing complex corporate tax returns and relevant internal reports. The Tax Analyst reviews the statutory fiscal accounts within defined time frames, and teach new members of the Tax team. \n\n * Prepare, review and file entities corporate tax returns and indirect tax returns. \n\n * Review statutory fiscal accounts to meet filing deadlines. \n\n * Prepare, review and submit internal management reports (FP8, FP6, Itax, CbC, BS notes), including consolidation and review prior to submission to GeoMarket. \n\n * Identify and deliver continuous process improvements; support and implement automation. \n\n * Achieve operational effectiveness targets set for controls, and identify control improvements. \n\n * Deliver on Tax effectiveness and efficiency targets. \n\n * Coach less senior members of the Tax team. \n\n * Support on tax audits as required. \n\n * Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.\n\n\n\nBachelors Degree\n
