ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Global Client Success Tax Manager, the Global Client Success Tax Analyst plays a key role in supporting clients with their tax engine needs. You'll respond to client queries, explain system functionality, and provide recommendations to clients of features which address their needs.
As a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients in maximizing the value of our Tax Engine, helping them run more efficient and effective mobility programs.
This is a client-facing role that spans the entire client lifecycle, from Sales and Onboarding through to ongoing support and optimization.
This position follows a hybrid work setup, with at least 2 days per week in our Manila office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Success
Act as a subject matter expert, blending mobility tax knowledge with platform expertise.
Respond to client queries and provide clear, actionable guidance.
Help clients optimize their use of the Tax Engine.
Quality Assurance
Review platform configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Documentation & Support
Develop clear documentation and training materials.
Support both internal teams and external users in adopting and utilizing the Tax Engine.
Engine Excellence
Answer client queries in collaboration with Tax Research and Product teams.
Contribute to continuous improvements in tax calculations and compliance capabilities.
Collaborative Solution Delivery
Partner with Global Client Success colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Deliver scalable, long-term solutions for clients.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor processes and performance.
Share insights to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2–3 years of experience in expatriate or employment tax.
Experience in-house (multinational) and/or within a Big 4 firm is preferred.
CTA, ATT, or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of:
Employment and/or expatriate taxation.
Tax planning and compliance.
Tax regulations, double tax treaties and social security agreements.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis) plus proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with tax and technology trends.
NICE TO HAVE
Additional certifications in expatriate, international, or global mobility tax.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or similar platforms.
Familiarity with the Equus Mobile Workforce Platform or comparable systems.
