In this role, you’ll be the go-to support across the team — keeping tasks on track, info in check, and operations running smoothly. Your knack for organisation will help our people stay focused and our projects moving.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our Accounting Team with client onboarding, data review, and ATO admin tasks. If you’re organized, deadline-driven, and thrive on keeping things in order — we’d love to hear from you!

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

• Onboard and offboarding clients for the Accounting Team
• Client data management and reviewing monthly data
• Email management
• Clerical Australian Taxation Office (ATO) duties

We would need you to be or have the following:

• With at least 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical or record management role
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well-organized and can meet strict deadlines

It would be awesome if you are or also have:

• Australian client experience is a plus but not required
