Team Coach

About the Role

We’re looking for a Team Coach who can train new hires and help existing agents improve their skills and performance.

You’ll work directly with agents through training, refresher sessions, and hands-on coaching to help them understand what they need to improve and how to improve it.

What You'll Do

• Conduct training for new hires.
• Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents.
• Coach agents who need help improving their performance.
• Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement.
• Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback.
• Support both voice and non-voice teams.
• Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed.
• Track progress after coaching or training.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience.
• Experience coaching or developing frontline agents.
• Previous Trainer experience is a major plus.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback.

We offer:

• ₱35,000–₱45,000/month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated training expertise.
• Philippines-based candidates only.
