Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Client Services Team Lead, you are responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets the required level of production. You’ll lead the team who serve as the primary point of contact for all Client return requests.The Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of inbound and outbound requests that are submitted by our internal and external clients. Team Lead works closely with his or her teammates to resolve client problems and reports as required on performance, issues and resolutions.  This includes: - Along the way, you will get to:

 

  • Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management. 

  • Assume the managers role during manager's absence. 

  • Proactively takes accountability for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion. 

  • Maintain work flow and follow safety procedures and guidelines. 

  • Work closely with management team to implement new process and procedures. 

  • All other duties as assigned. 


We are looking for a Client Services Team Lead, with:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Two year Degree

  • 3 years leadership, returns/ customer service experience
