Type of Support: Blended (30% Voice, 70% Back office)

Qualifications:

*4+ years exp as Team Lead

*Preferred Healthcare exp *Insurance background, claims processing, US benefits

*Required compliants handling experience in medical tech related concerns

*Knowledge in ISO 13485/21CFR & EUMDR

*Must be College Graduate (Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Life Science course graduate or Biomedical engineer)

Nature Of the Account: Medical Equipment Support

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)

Shift Schedule: US Business hours
