Team Lead for US Healthcare Insurance (VOB) | Get a 15K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Process and manage tasks related to pending prior authorizations with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a point of contact for team queries and task escalations.
• Provide day-to-day support, coaching, and direction to a small team of agents.
• Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures and meet performance targets.
• Assist in monitoring productivity, quality, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with the client and internal leadership on special assignments or process improvements.
• Generate or assist with regular reports related to team performance and operational status.
• Support onboarding and training of new agents as needed.

• 1 - 2 years BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account
• At least 6 months team lead / supervisory experience

• Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge with MS Tools
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
