TASQ is urgently hiring an on-site Team Lead - Medical Equipment Support in Cebu. The pre-screening interview will take place via phone.

**Type of Support:** Blended (30% Voice, 70% Back Office)

**Work Arrangement:** Onsite (Cebu)

**Shift Schedule:** Aligned with US business hours

**Educational Requirements:**

- Must be a college graduate (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Science, or Biomedical Engineering).

**Work Experience:**

- Over 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.

- Preferred experience in healthcare, particularly with insurance, claims processing, and US benefits.

- Experience in handling complaints related to medical technology is required.

- Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR, and EUMDR standards.
