The Team Lead, Survey Growth is the manager of the unit focused on engagement with the [Private Sector/Development Sector - IO / NGO] and is responsible for developing strategies and deploying resources to deliver against wider Business Development objectives.

As a Community Practitioner, the Team Lead, Business Development has a conceptual grasp of the Community Platform and how it may be presented to broader sectoral or geographic groups to generate business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze data from Business Development team and team performance metrics to determine areas of potential growth in Community sales;


• Identify opportunities to grow participation and conversion in specific markets - national and regional - and with specific client and sectoral groups aligned to Survey Operations team and broader Business Development team objectives, with the goal to drive sales and strengthen “survey health”;


• Collaborate with other Business Development team leads, Marketing, and management team to determine business development objectives and advise on engagement components of strategic development;


• Lead engagement efforts with regional/corporate headquarters and sectoral groups to build networks of collaboration and awareness of the Community approach to integrated HR management;


• Allocate team resources against demands aligned to Business Development team and Survey Operations team cycles and technical team project support requirements;

   Establish targets/metrics to measure participation and conversion rates, as well as non-data sales taking into account team capacities and overall Business Development team objectives.
