Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Team Leader to oversee a team of 15 to 20 agents for the Uber Freight account. The Team Leader will serve as the main point of contact for all team-related operational matters and will play a vital role in ensuring performance, timekeeping accuracy, and team engagement. This position requires someone who can lead with accountability, provide consistent support to the team, and maintain alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of 15 to 20 team members assigned to the Uber Freight account.
• Monitor attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping using internal systems.
• Provide real-time support and guidance to agents to resolve issues efficiently.
• Track and report key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Training, QA, Workforce) to support team needs.
• Address attendance issues, escalations, and performance concerns in a timely manner.
• Facilitate team meetings and share client updates or process changes.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture.
• Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a BPO or logistics-related account.
• Experience handling timekeeping or workforce coordination tools is an advantage.
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, supportive, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifting schedules as needed by the account.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience supporting a freight, transportation, or logistics account.
• Familiarity with Uber Freight tools or similar platforms.

- Onsite (SM Aura Premier Office Tower, 4 McKinley Pkwy, Taguig, Metro Manila)
- Shift: Shifting
- 6-month project-based contract with strong potential for renewal and regularization
