Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving projects from inception through completion, ensuring that they align with our strategic objectives and meet client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include leading a diverse team, strategizing project execution, optimizing workflows, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and implement project plans, allocating resources and monitoring progress against timelines.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, roadblocks, and achievements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support team members in resolving challenges and fostering a positive, proactive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects in a financial services or technology environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
