Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of professionals within Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring team performance aligns with company goals, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of [Specify team size/type of professionals, e.g., 5-8 customer service representatives, 10 data entry specialists] to achieve individual and team targets.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
* Monitor team metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Act as a primary point of contact for complex issues and escalations, providing effective resolution.
* Facilitate team meetings, communicate company updates, and foster open communication within the team.
* Collaborate with other departments and management to align team objectives with broader company goals.
* Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and innovation.
* Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
