Team Leader (Bibo Seaside)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary: Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.

• Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Ensures that all concern staff are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions
• Ensure proper training of staff prior to deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2- 3years of working experience in the related field.
• With experience in supervising store specializing in retail store operations or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in SM Seaside

• Flexible hours available
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected start date for role: 30 June 2024
• Expected salary: ₱15,000 - ₱17,000 per month
