Job Description - Team Leader (BPO)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
  • 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO handling inbound call-taking agents
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
  • Amenable to work ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
  • Able to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
