Team Leader - Cost & Management

Job Specifications (but is not limited to):

1. Cost and Management accounting.

2. Checking and reviewing management accounts data and information.

3. Preparation of management reports such as Companies and Projects Profit and Loss accounts.

4. Responsible for the financial forecasting and annual, quarterly, monthly reporting of the financial performance of the Company (financial modeling and analysis).

5. Prepare budget reports and variance analysis.

6. Prepare other Cost and Management reports and ad hoc requests.

7. Assist in other related tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

8. Lead a team responsible for cost and management.

9. Assist with projects costing.

10. Able to communicate within the team and with other departments.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business discipline. (CPA is preferred)

2. At least 2-5 years strong background in cost and management accounting. ( essential ).

3. Highly experienced in budgeting and controlling expenditure.

4. Excellent working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

5. A keen eye for detail.

6. Accuracy and precision.

7. Ability to work under pressure.
