About the Role

As a Team Leader for Integrated Financial Reporting Services, you will:

• Guide your crew : Mentor and coach Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts, nurturing their skills and propelling their growth.
• Sharpen the team's edge : Identify strengths and weaknesses, implement improvements, and champion quality service through every engagement.
• Build bridges, not just spreadsheets : Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and internal partners, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Make every number count: Analyze financial reports, identify issues, and deliver solutions: You'll be the detective of discrepancies and the hero of financial clarity.

Qualifications

• An accounting whiz with at least 3 years of experience preparing and analyzing financial statements
• A born leader with 3-5 years of supervisory experience and a knack for inspiring and motivating others
• A technical maestro with expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, Agreed Upon Procedures, and Desktop Procedures
• (Bonus points for your CPA and Certified Xero badges!)
• A passionate champion of quality and continuous improvement
• A driven leader with a collaborative spirit and a knack for communication
