Team Leader - High Salary Offer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on driving team performance and achieving business goals.Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact centre operators.They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team, and develop plans to achieve the call or contact centre targets.
